This Practice will be closing due to Practice Principals Dr David Raine and Dr John Topping Semi Retiring effective as of 16th December 2022. 

To begin with we would like to thank you for the trust you have given us over the years as your treating Healthcare Team. Taking care of you and your family has been an honour for the Doctors and all of the staff at Trinity Clinic. Your continuing wellness and health are priorities for us.

It is important that you continue with appropriate medical care: therefore, you should establish contact with another General Practice as soon as possible.

It is necessary for us to receive a signed consent to release your medical record. As soon as we receive this request from your chosen General Practitioner our Admin will forward a copy of your medical record to the Practitioner you designate to promote a smooth transition and continuity of care.

You may wish to continue as patients of Dr Madden and or Dr Nuske. A notice will be placed on the Website and in the Practice moving towards the closing date as to their location.
